Another perfect spring day, another reason to fall in love with the magic of outdoor sessions — and this one with the Bloemer crew did not disappoint. We met at a tucked-away new spot in the SIUE Gardens that gave us the most dreamy light and room to play.
This session was extra special because it brought together the whole Bloemer family for their annual portraits — a tradition that speaks volumes about their love and connection. It’s not our first time doing this; a few years back, we battled the sun and humidity in a bright, muggy sunflower field. This year? Breezy, golden perfection.
Kristin, Brent, Ainsley, and Connor have been with me since the early days — some of my original TLP clients — and it fills me with so much gratitude to watch their family grow and to still be trusted with their memories.
And let’s talk about little Emma — the tiniest Bloemer with the biggest personality. She made me work for every smile (and maybe threw a few things at me in the process), but those genuine giggles? Worth every second.
